HAO ZI YOH, Malaysian pianist based in London. She has performed at festivals across Europe, the USA, China, Japan, and Malaysia. At a young age, she debuted at Carnegie Weill Recital Hall as the gold medalist of the Bradshaw and Buono International Piano Competition. Her compositions Bustling City and Peaceful Suburb represented Malaysia at the Asia-Pacific Junior Orchestral Concert in 2007. Hao Zi’s debut album, featuring works by Albéniz and Ravel, is scheduled for release in 2025.

 

A top prize-winner at numerous international competitions, Hao Zi has collaborated with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Nova Amadeus, and Baleares Symphony Orchestra, and appeared on well-known television stations. Recent highlights include her Kings Place debut with Kirckman Concerts, an Italian concert tour, performances with the De Beauvoir Piano Trio, and a feature at Trinity Laban’s Showcase 2025. She premiered Arnold Griller’s Concertino at the New Lights Festival and performed in Wigmore Hall’s Music for Moment series.
